William Henry Partridge, Jr.

Graveside services for Mr. William Henry Partridge, Jr. will be held at 3:00PM, Monday, September 09, 2024, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Bro. Charles Davis officiating.  Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mr. William Partridge, age 83, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at his residence. He was an active member and Deacon for Carmel Baptist Church and loved to serve the Lord. William enjoyed being a coach for the little league baseball teams in his earlier years of life. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed the outdoors. You could always find him fishing, hunting, camping, and especially woodworking. William worked for most of his life as a vice president for First United Bank and retired as a Ranger from the Boy Scouts of America. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. William had many close and loving friends and will forever be dearly missed.

Mr. William is survived by his two sons, Billy Partridge (Sharon), and Stephen Partridge (Michelle); five grandchildren, Heather Dalton (Logan), Stephanie Durant (Adam), Emily Bean (Cody), Zoey Partridge, and Sabrina Partridge; five great-grandchildren, and sister, Mary Elizabeth Rodgers-Clay.

William is preceded in death by his wife, J. Lolita Partridge; parents, William H. Partridge, Sr. and Mary E. Whatley, and sister, Patsy Culpepper.

Pallbearers will be Adam Durant, Joey Rodgers, Tiger Covert, Warren Culpepper, Cody Bean, and Phillip Culpepper.

The family would like to extend a special “thank you” to his loving sister, Mary Elizabeth, for always being there and all she has done through the years.
