Mr. Brooks, age 61, of Meridian, died Saturday, October 13, 2012, in Meridian.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Ann Brooks; children, Christopher Lee Brooks and wife, Diane, and Cassie Marie Busby and husband, Johnny; grandchildren, Chelsea Marie Brooks and Jonathan Case Busby; great-grandchild, Jackie Paul; father, Hubert Fredrick Brooks; siblings, Dorothy Ann Phillips, James Larry Brooks and wife, Nina, Cynthia Irene Wilson and husband, Larry, Joseph Neil Brooks and wife, Sherry, and Lynda Lee Hayes and husband, Keith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Irene Brooks; and brother, Hurbert Gerald Brooks; and brother-in-law, Fredrick D. Phillips.
