Willie Frank Thompson Services for Willie Frank Thompson will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Steve Taylor and Reverend Jewel Greer officiating. Burial will be in Old Marion Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Thompson, 87, of Meridian died Sunday, December 1, 2013, at Bedford Care Center in Marion. Mr. Thompson was a member of Russell Baptist Church and was a sixty year member of the Ezra Knox Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his daughter, Cindy Thompson of Meridian and son, Frank Thompson and wife Trina of Enterprise, Alabama; grandchildren Matthew Thompson of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Sarah Barnes and husband Jay of Dothan, Alabama; brother, Henry Thompson and wife Doris of Meridian; several nieces and nephews; and his caretakers Pam Walk and Stacy McQuarley. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma Thompson; parents, Willie P. Thompson and Effie Whitman; sisters, Mildred Cobb, Blanche Wilson and Merle Carlisle. Pallbearers will be Paul Thompson, Chuck Thompson, Travis Thompson, Brent Thompson, Lewis Robbins and Jimmy Robinson.
