Graveside services for Mr. Willie J. Hedgepeth will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery on Bethel Road, Monticello, MS 39654, with Bro. Jim Hutchison officiating, burial to follow. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Mr. Hedgepeth, age 89, of Meridian, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at his home.
Willie was a dedicated family man, avid gardener and retired from ICG Railroad. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, spending time with his friends and family. He will be missed by all that knew him.
Survivors include his daughters, Donna Neal (Mike) and Lisa Owens; 6 grandchildren; 16 great grand-children; one brother, Clifton Hedgepeth; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Jo Hedgepeth; daughter, Cathy Posey and 6 siblings.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
