Willie C. Neal Smith Services for Willie C. Neal Smith will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at Damascus Freewill Baptist Church, with Reverend Hollis Warren and Dr. Danny Lanier officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Smith, 94, of Kemper County, died Thursday, August 29, 2013, at Rush Hospital. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Survivors include her sons, Thomas E. Smith of Meridian, Bobby Ray Smith and wife Betty of Meridian and Randy Smith of Meridian; daughter, Diane Sharp of Meridian; grandchildren, Candice Frederickson, Justin Smith, Paxton Smith, Jessica Smith, Eric Smith, Cheryl Chatham, Kathy Webb and Bonnie Manthey; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ollie D. Smith, grandson, Brian Smith, parents, Sam Houston and Ora George Neal and numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the church.
