Willis Harvey Fason

Mr. Fason, 81, of Collinsville, passed away Saturday, May 31, at his residence.
Mr. Fason was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who always put his family first. He never met a stranger and always had time to share with them his love of God. He was retired from Delco Remy, where he was a Journeyman mechanic.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 62 years, Mary Faye Fason; daughter Donna (Wade) Williams; sons Bobby (Debbie) Fason and David (Marie) Fason; grandchildren Colby Fason, Jessi Winstead, Mandy Busby, Misty Mabry, Morgan Clark, Montana Fason, Chet Nicklas and Lindsey Nicklas; he’s also survived by many brothers, sisters, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis D. Fason and Mildred Taylor.
Pallbearers will be Colby Fason, Ragan Mabry, Josh Clark, Chet Nicklas, Chris Carpenter, and Daniel Winstead.
