Winford E. "Woody Woodall Services for Winford E. "Woody"Woodall will be held Monday, December 5, 2011 at 10:00 at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mr. Woodall, 79, husband of Dessie R. Woodall , entered into rest Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Anderson Regional Medical Center, South. He was a lifelong resident of Meridian. Mr. Woodall was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Flintkote/Owens Corning. Mr. Woodall enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. Mr. Woodall coached Little League Baseball and Ladies Softball in Meridian leagues. Family members in addition to his wife include his sons, Charlie Woodall and his wife Debbie, Danny Woodall and his wife Annette; daughters, Brenda Easterwood and Lynda Woodall; grandchildren, Christy Holyfield and her husband Lance, Chad Woodall, Jonathan Woodall, Danielle Love and her husband Nick, Lisa McDonald Smith and her husband Gary, Cathy Lee Joyner and her husband Miles, Jamie Lancaster; great-grandchildren, Miles Grace Joyner, Lenox Reese Joyner, Kenneth "Ford" Joyner IV, James Hayes Lancaster and Nathan Wayne Love. Mr. Woodall was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Selma Woodall; brothers, Thomas Woodall, George Woodall; sisters, Lohree Henson and Inelle Spain, and Opal Woodall. Pallbearers will be Tommy Woodall, Danny Ansley, George Woodall, Jr., David Woodall, Keith Herring and Greg Wooten. Honorary pallbearers are Joey Woodall, Keith Rutledge and Ricky Lynn Stoddard.
