Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Yvonne Sanderford will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at Center Hill Pentecostal Church, 9681 Pine Springs Road, Meridian, Mississippi 39305 with Rev. Thomas Lucky, Rev. Tommy Parker, and Rev. David Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.

In loving memory of Retha Yvonne Sanderford, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who peacefully passed away at her home at the age of 77 on Thursday, April 4, 2024

Known for her passion for sewing, cooking, and unwavering devotion to her family, she leaves behind a legacy of warmth, love, and cherished memories. She was a faithful member of Center Hill Pentecostal Church. Yvonne will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mrs. Sanderford is survived by her husband, Ray Sanderford; her children, Dawn Lucky (Michael), Chet Parker (Terasa), and Tommy Parker (Cassie); her brother, Gary Joyner (Connie); her grandchildren, Phillip Lucky (Star), Nathan Lucky, Matthew Parker (Taylore), Bree Parker, Courtney Parker, Abby Parker, Asa Parker, and Bella Parker; her great-grandchildren, Rafa Mallare, Valerie Lucky, and Joannie Parker; and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Novella Joyner.

Pallbearers are Asa Parker, Phillip Lucky, Nathan Lucky, Stanley Lucky, Robert Lucky, and Shane Sanderford.  Matthew Parker and Doug Benton are honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared with Center Hill Pentecostal Church.

The family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. prior to the funeral service at the church.
