Michael Ratcliff Funeral services for Michael Ratcliff will be held Friday, March 27, 2015, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Robert Barham Family Funeral Home, with Reverend James Ruffin officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church Cemetery, with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Ratcliff, of Bailey, passed away Wednesday, March 25, at his home. Michael was a veteran of the US Army and Army National Guard. He worked for many years as a car salesman. Michael was a Mason and a Shriner. He is survived by his mother, Ursula Ratcliff; sister, Naomi Parnell and her husband, David, all of Bailey; daughter, Courtney Neal and her husband, Brandon, of Collinsville; he was known as Pappy to his grandaughter,Raley Neal and grandson, Wyatt Neal; niece, Ashley Allen and her husband, Brandon; great-nieces and great-nephews, Alex and Alyssa Allen, all of Bailey; as well as numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Obadiah Ratcliff and his son, Blake. Pallbearers will be Wayne Hedgepeth, Mike Snider, Kent Joyner, Jessie Hearn, Tim Anderson, and Jack Brown.
