Carl Wayne McBrayer Graveside services for Carl Wayne McBrayer will be held Friday, January 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Richard Wallace officiating. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. McBrayer, age 67, died Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Rush Foundation Hospital. He was born to the late Carl L. McBrayer and Lorene McBrayer on March 2, 1946 in Meridian, MS. He is survived by his significant other, Lynell Goss; sisters, Marie Beddingfield and husband, Larry, and Joann McDaniel and husband, James; daughters, Barbara Brogle, Melanie Elaine Stahl and husband, Charlie, Theresa May, and Kimberly Hover and husband, Ronnie; son, Shon DeWayne McBrayer; grandchildren, Eric Graves and wife, Renee, Douglas May, Brittany Stahl, Jessica Castillo, Chassity May, Trey Hover, Dustin Hover, and Natalie McBrayer; great-grandchildren, Sophia Graves and Keiden Graves; and nieces and nephews, Susan Estes and husband, Hal and their three children, Taylor, Brooke, and Jacob, Terry McDaniel, Kay Carter and husband, Larry and their two children Matthew and Zachary, Christy Young and husband Jacob and their children, Katie and Gracie, Philip Beddingfield and wife, Natalie and their child, Ava, and Mark Beddingfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Louie McBrayer and Lorene Bernice McBrayer.
